Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are based on weight and destination.
We charge only what the carriers charge us. We never add any additional fees to the shipping charges.
The USPS is the preferred carrier because they typically provide the most affordable shipping solution. Overnight delivery is also available via FedEx or UPS. Transit time starts when the package is tendered to the carrier.

International Shipping

USPS Priority and Express Mail provide a trackable, quick transit for packages to most countries in 5-10 business days. Transit time starts when the package is tendered to the carrier.
1st Class International mail for packages under 4 lbs and $400 in value is a cost effective option for international packages that are not required in a hurry. There is no tracking or known transit time for this option.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is the Return Policy?
Returns are accepted on the following basis:
- Prior authorization is needed for all returns. You may call or email to get our
approval. - All returns are subject to inspection to confirm any alleged defects.
If defect is confirmed to be legitimate, we will gladly exchange for another propeller
of either the same size or of equal value. - Any returns that are not due to a defective propeller are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link in the navigation menu at the top of the site, and then "My Orders" to track the status of your order. Although we strive to ship your order the same day as it was placed, in some cases it may take up to two business days to process your order. Overnight shipments will ship the same day for orders placed before noon. Please note the transit time begins once we turn the package(s) over to the selected carrier. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
