I tried the 10x5M-LH prop on my Newport Kayak Series 36 Pound Thrust trolling motor. The fit was perfect, though I did add an extra washer to take up some slack. I side mount the trolling motor to my 15 foot Old Town Guide canoe. The APC prop is definitely faster! I don't have a way to measure the speed, but I could feel the difference compared to the stock prop, and I could see a more impressive wake behind my canoe. Thanks APC!

I would give 5 but the shear pin opening is too small for the NV vessels 55# trolling. My adapter was also not round. Please add an option for the larger 55# NV shear pin. Meant to put 4stars*
Thanks!

I use these with Minn-Kota Endrua Maxx and Endura C-2 55# 12v transom mount trolling motors pushing a 17 foot canoe. They simultaneously improve top end speed and power efficiency as compared to the stock Minn-Kota Props. Where a stock prop will push my boat to about 3.5 mph at a power consumption of 42-47 Amps at 12v DC, the 10X5-LHP prop will push me to about 5 mph at 28-30 Amps at 12v DC. We use an iPhone GPS to calculate speed and an in-line amp meter to determine power consumption. The hub sheer pin slot fits the Minn-Kota 55# sheer pins exactly. These are inexpensive enough I can keep two or three of them in my tackle box to swap out in case I drag the prop across a gravel bar or submerged log and break off a tip.
