The cost for shipping that you see when you make an online order is just a placeholder number so our cart can default to complete processing. It does not reflect the actual amount which in most cases is between $6.00 to $8.00 dollars for ground shipping. 3 day ,2nd day, and Next Day Air of course are higher. We do not charge anything extra for handling. By placing the order you are accepting the costs.
Shipping cost is calculated on package weight and the destination.
We charge only the amount that we pay for UPS. We do not add on any extra charges.
Returns accepted on the following basis:
Prior authorization needed for all returns. You may call or email to get our
approval.
All returns subject to inspection to confirm any alleged defects.
If defect is confirmed to be legitimate we will gladly exchange for another prop
of either the same size or of equal value.
Any returns that are not due to a defective prop are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
For International customers:
To complete an order you must put a state.. any state will do. We will know it is a foreign order when we see the country.
We ship via US Express Mail the cost varies according to weight.
