I called this afternoon to get some help with a propeller order. I spoke to a young woman, I think her name was Amy or Annie. I've gotten so used to lousy customer service from so many companies I deal with that I have forgotten what excellent customer service was like. This young lady was cheerful, and very friendly and went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions. I appreciate your top notch customer experience.

I've had enough time to test the 5.1x5 and i must tell you something. I love this props they are so fast. They are very hard but can handle crashes much better than the 5*45 b4 really love this awesome props! Thank you very much i am so happy with your products!!

I installed the 13 x 5.5 MR props on our old octo as soon as they arrived. I got over 2 minutes additional flight time and lower temps on the motors and ESC’s too. I installed the 13 x 4.5 MR props on a Tarot 690 quad that had been exhibiting instability issues with inexpensive carbon fiber props. I got improved stability and better flight performance with the APC props. Thanks for making great props and for your help.
